We predominantly use 40ft High Cube and 20ft High Cube containers. High Cube containers are 1ft taller than the standard container. All containers are new (one-trip).

The walls and ceiling are insulated using 50mm closed-cell polyurethane spray foam with an additional 50mm layer of RWA45 Rockwool. The floor is insulted with 50mm Celotex.

Parts of the steel container are cut out using plasma cutters and removed. The area is then reinforced by welding prefabricated box sections to the opening.

We offer PVC and Aluminium products in either double or triple glazing. The sizes are customisable with a range variety of compositions up to 14 sashes in outward and inward openings.

Double Glazed - (Ug = 1,1 (W/m2K)*
Triple Glazed - (Ug = 0,5 (W/m2K)*

The walls and ceiling are constructed with steel framing, fireline plasterboard and finished with either gypsum plaster skimming or tape & jointing. They are then primed and painted.

The electrics are installed and signed-off by a registered electrician. 
We offer either plastic or copper piping, installed by professional plumbers.
